PostNL says my shipment has been delivered, but I haven't received it
This unfortunately does happen sometimes. Shipping parties like PostNL will automatically point to us, but in almost every case we have experienced the package is delivered at the neighbours or will arrive up to 2-3 weeks later than the said delivery date.
We apologize for the inconvenience. If your package has not been delivered 15 days after it should have been, please reach out to us so we can resolve the isse.
