What permissions does Tap Out need and why?

In order to use Tap Out successfully on your iPhone, you'll need to grant the following permission(s).
Screen Time: Tap Out needs Screen Time access to block your selected distracting apps.
[Optional] Notifications: If you grant Tap Out access to send you notifications, then Tap Out can send you reminders after you haven't been using the app lately. This way, we can motivate you if necessary. This permission is optional and you can turn it off and on in settings based on your needs.
